Peace be upon the Holy Prophet of Islam, His Pure and Innocent Family and peace be upon the Supreme Leader and the souls of martyrs and the late Imam and also hail to our respectable colleagues at Dana Insurance Company.
Given the senior management changes,I hope we will be able to make progress in the path towards reaching our sublimated objectives and skillfully and adroitly navigate the company`s activity ship to the coast of peace and calmness.
In Iran`s culture,spring is the season of change and blooming and the fact that the current changes occur in spring marks the event as spring in spring. The blooming requires making necessary changes as well as developing useful ideas and peaceful and stable environment . I congratulate you on the New Year and wish all our colleagues glory and prosperity. I assure that our large-scale objectives and policies will be based on providing a peaceful working environment for the colleagues and promoting efficiency.We also aim to increase the portfolio and consent of our shareholders and to develop insuarance market in Iran. In order to achieve these goals,which are surely attainable,the cooperation of all employees and managers of the company is required.
The invigoration of employees`insight towards themselves,customers and authorizes in a way they become familiar with their responsibilities,are the most important foundation of any organization`s improvement.One`s view of its roles and responsibilities is important to set up professional manners,exactly how Dana`s ethic codes highlight the importance of respecting majar insurance and financial principles,upgrading employees` knowledge and skills, promoting customer oriented attitude and embracing Islamic values.
